The carriage-type hoist gate is a movable hoisting gate installation mounted on a carriage, primarily used for operating multi-hole shared gates or gates requiring relocation and storage in hydraulic structures. Its core feature lies in integrating the lifting mechanism and the traveling mechanism onto a unidirectionally moving load-bearing trolley, making it suitable for trash racks or maintenance gates with a gate lifting capacity of less than 100kN and 2×100kN. ‌
Structural Features
It consists of a unidirectionally moving load-bearing trolley equipped with a lifting mechanism (for gate elevation) and a traveling mechanism (for carriage movement). This structural design allows flexible adaptation to multiple gate openings or scenarios where temporary gate storage is needed, enhancing equipment utilization. ‌
Application Scenarios
It is mainly used in multi-hole shared gate systems of hydraulic structures or situations where gates need to be moved out of the opening for storage (e.g., during maintenance). Compared to gantry and bridge-type hoists, its mobility eliminates the need for individual hoists for each gate opening, reducing costs. ‌
Maintenance Requirements
An inspection platform must be installed to facilitate routine maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring operational safety.
